Quick answers
The app says a model needs its licence accepted first.
Some models require you to accept their licence on the model's Huggingface page first. Accept it there, paste your access token in the Models window (Window ▸ Models), and download again.
Where do I put my Huggingface access token?
In the Models window (Window ▸ Models). Paste the whole token, including the hf_ prefix. Only gated models need one.
Can I use the app with no internet at all?
Yes. Only the first download needs the network.
Which Mac does it need?
A Mac with Apple silicon — everything runs on its GPU through MLX and Metal. 128 GB of memory is recommended; 32 GB works, on any M1 or later. With less than 128 GB the app streams the film model from the SSD layer by layer, a little slower. With less than 64 GB it also places the presenter with the smaller FLUX.2 Klein 4B, which holds a face less faithfully. Less than 32 GB is not supported.
Can I stop a render and continue later?
Yes. Every finished step — voice, sentences, stills, shots — is kept. Press Make Movie again to continue where it stopped.
Your studio is waiting
A picture of the place, a few photos of the person, the script. Press Make Movie, go to bed, and wake up to a finished movie — made on your Mac.
Free to try: film your first two shots. Unlock the whole movie with a one-time purchase. Apple silicon with 128 GB of memory (32 GB works), macOS 26 or later. The models download once; nothing is sent anywhere.
