When a shot comes out wrong
Any shot can be filmed again on its own. Here is which control to touch first.
Fixing one shot
Each shot on the Movie page has its own controls. Change one; only that shot is filmed again.
- 1
The shot
First frame and status - Not filmed, Filming or Filmed.
- 2
Camera
Film it from another camera.
- 3
Film Again
Same words, new seed — filmed and cut in.

The face does not look like the presenter
- Check the still on the Scene page (With presenter). If the face is wrong there, it will be on film — use New Still Next Time.
- Raise Stills per camera (Movie settings) to 3 or 4 for the best likeness.
- Correct the Appearance text on the Presenter page; it is used word for word.
- Use a closer camera. In a wide shot, the face is only a few pixels tall.
The lips do not match the words
Lip sync needs pixels. Film at Standard, not Draft, with a medium or close camera for key sentences. For very fast speech, lower the pace slider slightly.
A word is missing or mispronounced
Keep the word check on (Check every spoken sentence, in the Models window). Spell names and abbreviations as spoken: "Doctor Okafor", "A I", "twenty twenty-six".
Too stiff, or too restless
Adjust Body language in Movie settings on the Movie page: calm for a news desk, expressive for a keynote. Camera move: Gentle handheld livens a static shot.
Something strange in one shot
Click that shot in the Shots list on the Movie page and press Film Again. Only that shot is filmed again, right away, with a new seed, and cut into a new movie. Every other shot stays as it was.
Keeping the good one
The Movie page lists every movie under Movies, newest first, with its quality — Draft, Standard or High, 720p or 1080p. A new movie replaces the one of the same quality and size. Press Keep to prevent that; the next one is added beside it.
Face drifting over a long movie? Set Between shots to Same pose so every shot starts from the same still.
